BuscaAI Auctions

BuscaAI Auctions is an artificial-intelligence platform that aggregates properties from auction houses across Brazil, estimating market value, feasibility, and profit so that users can make faster, more accurate decisions. To support this goal, we developed a robust MVP that makes it possible to test the concept, validate business hypotheses, and deliver essential features from day one.

In this MVP we built tools such as: smart search by specific criteria, automatic profit-estimate calculation, analysis of comparable properties for price benchmarking, and a fluid interface that displays auction notices, starting values, and location, all with optimized usability. AI was central to the project: algorithms that compare properties sold on the market in microseconds, generating reliable estimates, all so that users save time and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.
