Summit Visa

AI in service of
legal confidence

Doo.is built Summit Visa an immigration case management system where AI does the heavy lifting of screening and verification, while the attorney makes the final call. The result is less rework, less risk of filing too early, and more confidence at every stage of the process — without ever giving up legal responsibility.

The solution

Automatic
Pre-analysis

Using OCR and an LLM, the AI reviews every document before any human looks at it and returns a score from 0 to 100 with comments, flagging files that are incomplete, illegible, in the wrong language, unsigned, or that carry mismatched dates and names. It cuts the team's rework and keeps a case from advancing with weak documentation.

Case Readiness
Score

Every case receives a dynamic score that answers one objective question: is it ready to file? The score weighs approved documents, quality, narrative consistency, idle time, and visa complexity, backing an objective decision and reducing premature filing.

Narrative
Consistency

The AI reads the CV, recommendation letters, and petition draft together and points out where the story doesn't hold up, contradictions, gaps in the timeline, weak repetition, and claims without evidence. These are internal alerts and suggestions to strengthen the case, never legal guidance: the AI suggests, the human decides.

Risk
Detection

Drawing on historical patterns, the AI identifies similar cases that triggered RFEs and points out missing key evidence in subjective criteria, flagging weaknesses before they turn into a USCIS request. Each criterion gets a clear flag, such as "Risk: Medium – National Importance".

Case Manager
Copilot

The AI works alongside the team, not the client: it generates a case summary, an automatic timeline, suggested next steps, and inconsistency alerts. It speeds up onboarding for new team members and reduces reliance on the tacit knowledge of a few specialists.

Client
Transparency

Clients follow their case through a visual timeline and status updates in plain language, with realistic expectations and no promise of an outcome. Smart communication anticipates recurring questions, reducing anxiety and the volume of follow-ups.
